In order to update the information on your account, you would need to download a copy of and complete the ANSA Merchant Bank Know Your Customer - Individual or ANSA Merchant Bank Know Your Customer - Corporate form. You will be asked to send it via email by a member of staff when contacted about your request.

In order to deposit or withdraw funds from your Mutual Funds account, you would need to download a copy of and complete the Mutual Funds Transaction form. You will be asked to send it via email by a member of staff when contacted about your request.

Please submit an Audit Confirmation Letter Request by completing the Audit Confirmation Letter Request form instead.

Please submit your payment receipt by completing the Payment Receipt Submission form. We will check to confirm that your payment has been received and applied to your loan account.
